Player Pathway
Artisan Social offers three programs designed for different age groups and stages of development. Our Kickstart Kids program introduces our youngest players to the game through fun, movement, and learning to participate in group activities. As players grow, they may continue into our Streetbol Academy, where the focus gradually expands to developing skill, confidence, creativity, and a deeper understanding of the game over time.
Kickstart Kids (Ages 2–7)
Typically 2 years old through first grade. Groupings are guidelines, and children may play up or down based on readiness and comfort.
The Kickstart Kids program welcomes children as young as 2 years old and continues through first grade, typically ages 6–7. During these early years, the focus is first and foremost on having fun and developing a positive experience with soccer. Sessions support children as they learn to move with confidence, practice patience and simple rules, and participate in activities alongside other children. Throughout the program, we work to lay a foundation that prepares players for a natural transition into our Streetbol Academy.
Academy Prep (U7–U8)
Typically grades 1–2.
Children may join the Streetbol Academy when they reach the U8 age group, which is second grade for most players. These years represent an important stage in a player’s development, as curiosity, confidence, and technical ability begin to take shape. Through our signature 4v4 streetbol format, the Academy emphasizes individual skill development, creativity, and the foundational principles of team play. Just as importantly, we work to foster a lasting love for the game while encouraging players to take ownership of their growth. The goal of the Streetbol Academy is to support motivated players by giving them the tools, confidence, and understanding needed to continue progressing in the game at whatever level they choose to pursue.
