Refunds

Please contact us to request a refund.

If you withdraw your child before the first class, you will receive a full refund.
If you withdraw after the first class, we will issue a prorated refund based on the remaining classes.
Missed classes are not included in refund calculations, but families retain access to makeup sessions.
For families with multiple children, withdrawing a child may affect sibling discounts. Refunds will be adjusted accordingly.

We offer a flexible makeup policy that allows families to make up missed classes.

Makeup classes are available for classes that are missed, canceled, or ended early, for any reason.
We do not offer refunds or credits for missed or canceled classes, but makeup classes are always available.
Makeup classes are completed by attending another age-appropriate class.
Makeup classes may be used during the current season or a future season, provided your child is registered.
Makeup classes may be transferred between siblings.
Please contact us to schedule a makeup class. We will confirm availability and notify the coach.
