Refunds

Contact us to request a full or prorated refund.

  • If you withdraw your child before their first class, you'll receive a full refund through your original payment method.

  • If you withdraw after the first class, we'll provide a prorated refund based on remaining classes. While classes that you have missed aren't included in the refund calculation, you'll retain access to any makeup sessions.

  • For families with multiple children, withdrawing your first registered child will affect the sibling discount. Any refund will be calculated accordingly while maintaining the discount for remaining siblings.

Makeups

We have a flexible makeup policy that allows you to make up any missed classes—whether they were canceled, terminated, or you couldn't attend. While we don't offer refunds or credits for canceled or terminated classes (due to rain, etc.), you can easily arrange makeup sessions.

If a class is canceled

  • We'll cancel class in advance for rain or inclement weather. However, if there's a chance we can play, we may wait until close to start time to make the final call—we'd rather not cancel unnecessarily.

  • We send cancellation notices by email, though we're exploring more efficient communication methods.

If a class is terminated after we begin

If we end class early, you're eligible for a makeup session.

  • A class is considered terminated if we must stop before the scheduled end time due to weather or other circumstances.

  • During light rain, we may continue playing if conditions permit and parents agree.

  • You're always welcome to withdraw your child if you feel weather conditions aren't suitable.

  • We'll immediately terminate class if there's lightning or thunder.

If you miss a class

  • You can request a makeup class for any absence—whether your child is sick, at a birthday party, or any other reason. No explanation needed.

Making up a class

  • While we don't reschedule canceled classes or offer refunds, our makeup policy is very accommodating.

  • Your child can make up any missed class—whether it was canceled, terminated, or they couldn't attend.

  • We don't keep track of absences or canceled/terminated classes.

  • Makeups are done by attending another age-appropriate class.

  • You can make up classes during the current season or any future season when your child is registered. Note that makeups aren't available during seasons when your child isn't enrolled.

  • Makeup classes can be transferred between siblings.

How to make up a class

  • Check the current season's schedule for available classes in your child's age group.

  • Email us your preferred makeup class time, plus any alternate options.

  • We'll confirm if space is available on your chosen day. Rarely, we might suggest a different day if we have multiple makeup requests.

  • We'll notify the coach to expect your child. However, your child can still participate even if the coach hasn't been informed.
